The Ada Resource Association (ARA) is a non-profit organization whose charter includes sustaining and promoting the Ada programming language.
To continue to provide these services, and to offer a wide range of opportunities for participation and support, the ARA is introducing a new organizational structure based on sponsorship levels. Details on benefits and fees are on the next page.
A major goal of the new ARA structure is to strengthen the organization’s Ada advocacy role. A key element is the AdaIC website, which attracts a large amount of traffic on Ada-related topics via Google and other search engines. This website has been enhanced to take advantage of current technology (RSS feeds, blogs, etc.), and its scope has been broadened to provide resources and news on topics such as safety-critical software, MILS, multicore, and hard real-time systems. The resulting modern and dynamic website will serve as the face of the Ada community.
If you or your organization provide Ada products/services or use Ada technology, then signing up as an ARA sponsor will help support the orderly evolution of the Ada language. And more directly, the AdaIC website will bring you a tangible benefit: a new and effective channel for making your customers and prospects aware of your Ada-related offerings and activities.
To sign up as a sponsor, or for more information, please contact Ben Brosgol, ARA President, at brosgol@adacore.com.
