9.3.3 Support for IEEE 559: 1989

The proposal (AI-315) was to provide full support for all aspects of IEEE 559 arithmetic such as Nans (a Nan is Not A Number). This would have necessitated adding attributes such as S'Infinity, S'Is_Nan, S'Finite and so on plus a package Ada.Numerics.IEC_559.
The proposal was abandoned because it would have had a big impact on implementers and it was not clear that there was sufficient demand.
